Ingredients:
500g mascarpone
5 eggs
5 table spoons sugar
1 pack lady's fingers
1 cup espresso
amaretto to taste
to coat with cocoa
At first you have to separate the eggs, beat the egg white until its fluffy.
Stir the egg yolk with the sugar until it is foamy.
Then you put the mascarpone underneath. Afterwards the beaten egg whites.
Laminate the lady's fingers in a form and sprinkle them with the cold espresso.
Who wants to can also add amaretto.
Then you put the mascarpone creme on the lady's fingers an put this in the fridge.
Before you serve it, coat the tiramisu with cocoa.
