Ingredients:
3-4 tomatoes
2 pieces of mozzarella
salt and pepper to taste
2 table spoons olive oil
1 table spoon Aceto Balsamico
a dash of sugar
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices.
Perpetrate the tomatoe slices on a big plate.
The mozzarella should also be cut into slices. Then you distribute the mozzarella slices on the tomatoe slices.
Flavour this with freshly powdered pepper.
Then you should produce a vinaigrette out of oilive oil, Aceto Balsamico, salt and pepper and a dash of sugar.
Then you sprinkle the tomatoe/mozzarella slices with the vinaigrette.
Who likes it can additionally add a Balsamico crema on the slices - it can also be used as decoration.
Finally you add the washed and mopped up basil leaves on the plate.
