Ingredients:
500g spaghetti
2- 3 garlic cloves
1/4 litre olive oil
2 - 3 pepperoni pods
1 branch Italian parsley
dash of salt and pepper
At first you have to cook the spaghetti in salt water until they are al dente.
Hull the garlic cloves and cut them into slices.
Wash the Italian parsley, dry it and twitch the leaves into little pieces.
Pound the pepperoni pods.
Heat up the olive oil in a cooking pot. Sauté the garlic until it changes its color.
Please be careful because this goes very fast.
Then take the cooking pot off the cooker, heat the pepperoni up and finally add the parsley.
Then pour the spaghetti off and drip them down.
Brandsih them in the garlic oil and add salt and pepper.
